Essential Chakra Information
Chakra is essential to even the most basic technique; it is the moulding of the physical energy present in every cell of the body and the spiritual energy gained from exercise and experience. Once molded, it can be channeled through the chakra circulatory system, which is to chakra as the regular circulatory system is to blood, to any of the 361 chakra points (called tenketsu) in the body. Through various methods, the most common of which is hand seals, the chakra can then be manipulated to create an effect that would not be possible otherwise, such as walking on water, exhaling fire or creating illusions.
Chakra Honor System
Chakra is an important stat, though its use is not as clear as the other stats. In terms of what Chakra does, it is not a pool system, so it does not go down when you use jutsu. You must use logic in order to determine when your character gets tired. Anyone caught abusing this will be dealt with severely. It is an honor system in this regard, and dishonoring it is a very bad thing to do. We will not be strict with chakra, but if someone goes too far and a complaint is made, we will act, so be careful.
Combat Subsystem (MUST READ)
However, there is a limitation to the jutsu possible to use in a single post - regardless of how many jutsu CAN be used (5 being the maximum). For each rank of jutsu carries a certain amount of time it takes to unleash the jutsu, E-Rank being the quickest and easiest to implement during combat or otherwise, while SS-Rank being the hardest and most time-consuming to implement during combat or otherwise. This system restricts battle flow by utilizing the time frame held within the post. Following the guidelines aforementioned, the subsystem for this is as shown below:
[center]
Legend: Post Charge = Length of time it takes for user to activate jutsu.
Activation Sequence = Follows Post Charge. If post charge is above the - (Negative) stature, it takes the amount of posts stated to unleash the jutsu.
Limitation = During the time a jutsu is being charged, unless influenced by a conjugation or collaboration method, the user cannot use another jutsu until the current is cancelled or used successfully.
E-Rank Instant activation upon opponents reply.
D-Rank Instant activation upon opponents reply.
C-Rank Instant activation upon opponents reply.
B-Rank Instant activation upon opponents reply.
A-Rank Activation upon opponents reply. May be delayed through timeframe.
S-Rank 1 Post Charge. Must make initial launching sequence, following activation through opponents second reply. May be delayed through timeframe.
SS-Rank 2 Post Charge. Must make two initial launching sequences, following activation through opponents third reply. May be delayed through timeframe.
